Condensed water container Preparing the condensed water container for the Steam Care program During the Steam Care program, the condensed water collected in the condensed water container is sprayed into the drum via a spray jet. The condensed water container must therefore be filled with water to at least the -min- marker. Otherwise, this could cause a fault. The -min- marker is at the front lefthand side of the container. 1 spout, 2 rubber seal Pour the water in through the rings of the spout 1. The spray jet in the door opening can suffer a blockage. It should only be filled with clean water. The water must not contain any fragrance, detergent, or other substances. Make use of the condensed water which collects during the drying process. Filling the empty condensed water container You can fill the condensed water container with commercially available condensed water (ironing water). You should only use tap water in exceptional circumstances. If tap water is used frequently, however, the spray jet (in the door opening) can become calcified. Checking the rubber seal from time to time If tap water is used frequently, white limescale deposits can build up on the rubber seal 2. Use a damp cloth to carefully remove any limescale deposits from the rubber seal 2. 45
