Copy the link and paste it into an email to the person you want to access the folder. Send the email. When the recipient clicks on the link, ReadyCLOUD opens, showing the folder. The recipient can read the files in the folder, but cannot delete or change them. For more information about using the ReadyCLOUD portal, see Access Your System Using ReadyCLOUD on page 85. Use ReadyCLOUD to Share Folders With ReadyCLOUD Users After you add your system to ReadyCLOUD, you can allow other users to access your folders. There are two ways to share: through an emailed link, or by granting permission to an existing ReadyCLOUD user. This procedure is for a ReadyCLOUD user.
