Menu Guide-The Shooting Menu Auto-Focus Mode Auto-focus mode determines how the camera focuses. The option selected also applies when shooting movies. AUTO-FOCUS MODE Single AF Continuous AF Option Description Single AF Camera focuses when shutter-release button is pressed halfway. Focus locks while shutter-release button is held in this position. Note that pictures can be taken even if camera is not in focus; check focus indicator before shooting.
