Appendix Troubleshooting Problem: The Remote Control does not work. - Try these Solutions - Check the batteries. - Make sure no obstruction is between the projector and the remote control. - Make sure you are not too far from the projector when using remote control. Maximum operating range is 16.4' (5m). - Make sure the code of the remote control is conformed to the projector. (See "Other Settings" section on page 36, 37.) Wireless Mouse function does not work. - Check cable connection between the projector and your computer. - Check the mouse setting on your computer. - Turn the projector on before turning on a computer. If the problem still persists after following all operating instructions, contact a Philips Authorised LCD Projector Dealer or Service Centre. Give the model number and explain the difficulty. If the problem still persists after following all operating instructions, contact a Philips Authorised LCD Projector Dealer or
Service Centre. Give the model number and explain the difficulty.
Advice to obtain service will be given.
The Remote Control
does not work.
