4. Print Displaying the Printer Driver Properties This section explains how to open the printer driver properties from [Control Panel]. • Manage Printers permission is required to change the printer settings. Log on as an Administrators group member. • You cannot change the machine default settings for individual users. Settings made in the printer properties dialog box are applied to all users. 1. Right-click the [Start] menu, click [Control Panel]. 2. Click [View devices and printers]. 3. Right-click the icon of the printer you want to use. 4. Click [Printer properties]. 130
