Information for This Machine Energy Saving Functions To reduce its power consumption, this machine has the following functions: Sleep mode • If this machine remains idle for a specified period or when [Energy Saver] ( ) is pressed, it enters Sleep mode to further reduce its electrical consumption. • The default delay time the machine waits before entering Sleep mode is 1 minute. This default time can be changed. • The machine can print jobs from computers and receive faxes while in Sleep mode. Specification • (mainly Europe and Asia) Reduced electrical consumption in Sleep mode *1 Time of switch into Sleep mode Time of switch out from Sleep mode *1 Duplex Function *2 Specification 0.79 W 1 minute • IM 350F/IM 350 9.0 seconds • IM 430F 9.5 seconds Standard *1 The time it takes to switch out from energy saving functions and electrical consumption may differ depending on the conditions and environment of the machine. *2 Achieves ENERGY STAR energy savings; product fully qualifies when packaged with (or used with) a duplex tray and the duplex function is enabled as an option. • (mainly North America) Reduced electrical consumption in Sleep mode *1 Time of switch into Sleep mode Specification 0.74 W 1 minute 272
