Opening Contacts menu 2. Use the navigation key to highlight the Contacts sub menu of your choice, then press . Contact List Icons You can assign a host of entries to a Contact. The icons in the following table represent all available entry types Name. Enter the name for the contact in this field. Location. Indicates the memory location (which is also the speed call number) for the contact. Note: An initial Location value is automatically assigned, but you can change it to any unused value between 002 and 500, except values 001, 311, or 411 which are reserved for Voicemail or emergency calls. Important! Do not change the Location value to 001 or your phone will no longer access your Voicemail account. Mobile icon. Enter a mobile number for the contact in this field. Home icon. Enter a home number for the contact in this field. Office icon. Enter the office number for the entry in this field. Pager icon. Enter a pager number for the entry in this field. Fax icon. Contact List Icons
You can assign a host of entries to a Contact. The icons in
the following table represent all available entry types
Name
. Enter the name for the contact in this field.
Location
. Indicates the memory location (which is
also the speed call number) for the contact.
Note:
An initial Location value is automatically assigned, but you can
change it to any unused value between 002 and 500, except values 001,
311, or 411 which are reserved for Voicemail or emergency calls.
Important!
Do not change the Location value to 001 or your phone will no
longer access your Voicemail account.
Mobile
