Settings • Destination address: allows you to enter a number that you would like to send all messages to. You can still message others, but this number will always appear in the Send list. • Validity period: allows you to set the length of time your text messages are stored at the message center while attempts are made to deliver them. • Reply path: allows the recipient of your message to send you a reply message using your message center, if your network supports this service. • Delivery report: allows you to activate or deactivate the report function. When this function is activated, the network informs you whether or not your message has been delivered. Picture message The following options are used to set Send and Receive settings for Picture messages. Send Settings • Priority: you can select the priority level of your messages. • Validity period: set the length of time your messages are stored in the message center while the network attempts to deliver them. • Delivery after: you can set a delay time before the phone sends your messages. • Delivery report: when this option is enabled, the network informs you whether or not your message has been delivered. • Read reply: when this option is enabled, your phone sends a request for a reply along with your message to the recipient.
