Deleting a passcode, PRINTING OUT SETTINGS

KEY OPERATOR PROGRAMS 3 Press the numeric keys to store the fax number. Up to 20 digits can be entered. To enter a "+", press the " " key. To enter a hyphen, touch the [PAUSE] key. To enter a space, touch the [SPACE] key. If you make a mistake, press the [C] key and reenter the correct digit. 4 Touch the [OK] key. You will return to the screen of step 2 and the stored fax number will appear. To store another number, repeat steps 2 through 4. Deleting a passcode 1 Touch the [DELETE] key. The passcode delete screen appears. 2 Touch the key of the number you wish to delete. Touch the [YES] key in the message that appears to delete the number. If you touch the [NO] key, you will return to the passcode delete screen without deleting the number. PRINTING OUT SETTINGS Settings established with the key operator programs can be verified by printing them out. 1 Press the [CUSTOM SETTINGS] key. 4 Touch the [LIST PRINT] key. DEFAULT SETTINGS LIST PRINT FAX DATA SENDER CONTROL RECEIVE/FORWA KEY OPERATOR PROGRAMS 3 Use the numeric keys to enter the five-digit key operator code number. For the factory default setting for the key KEY OPERATOR CODE operator code number, see page 2 of the key operator's guide. 5 Touch the [KEY OPERATOR PROGRAMS LIST] key. KEY OPERATOR PROGRAMS LIST IMAGE SENDING ACTIVITY REPORT (FAX) ANTI JUNK FAX NUMBER LIST 6 Touch the [IMAGE SEND] key. "KEY OPERATOR T IMAGE SEND DOCUMEN PROGRAMS LIST 8 PROCESSING PRINT DATA." appears in the message screen and ALL KEY OPERATOR PROGRAM printing begins. To cancel printing, touch the [CANCEL] key. NOTES G The list is printed before other jobs waiting to be printed. G In the screen of step 5, you can touch the [IMAGE SENDING ACTIVITY REPORT (FAX)] key to print an activity report (transmissions and receptions). Settings established with the key operator programs can be verified by printing them out.

Press the [CUSTOM SETTINGS] key.

Touch the [KEY OPERATOR PROGRAMS]

key.

Use the numeric keys to enter the five-digit

key operator code number.
