Additional information Troubleshooting If a problem occurs, please check the following items. If you cannot resolve the problem, contact your sony dealer. z Hint When you capture images from or export files to MICROMV devices, see "Limitations and notes for capturing from or exporting to MICROMV devices" of the on-line help. Symptom Cause/Remedy I can only play a final movie product; I cannot process it. If more than one scene is selected from the Product tray, you cannot process them. Sequential scenes and their transitions only can be previewed for the purpose of observing the flow from scene to scene. Importing an exported movie product does not place its scenes in the Product tray. When an exported movie product is placed on the Clip tray, it is handled as a single clip. Thus its scenes and BGM are not displayed on the Product tray, as they were when movie making was in progress. It takes a long time to export a final movie product. Exporting a final movie product to a file or to an external device is time-consuming to complete. The "MICROMV" or "Export to MICROMV device" option takes a particularly long time. It takes a long time to complete operations. When you use large amounts of data (e.g., more than one clip at the same time, etc.), it may be timeconsuming to complete the operation. In this case, be sure not to perform any other operations until completion. Additional information 45
