You can select from the following distance settings: (Units: m) 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.5, 0.8, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 3.0, 5.0, 7.0, 10, 15, and ∞ (infinity) To reactivate auto focusing Press FOCUS again so that the focus setting information disappears. • Focus setting information is approximate, and should be used as a reference. • If you point the lens up or down, the error will increase. • When you select 0.1 m (4 inches) with the zoom set to the T side, you may not get a clear focus. In such cases, the focus setting information flashes. Press the zoom W button until the indicator stops flashing. • The focus preset does not work properly when attaching a conversion lens (not supplied). Adjusting the exposure - EV adjustment Mode dial: P/S/A/SCN/ This lets you adjust the exposure value which is set by automatic adjustment.
