In this case, the TV might be in picture reset mode. When picture reset mode is enabled, the TV turns
off for about 10 minutes after it is turned on, and then turns on again to reduce image retention. This is
not a malfunction of the TV.
Turn on the TV again using the remote control and disable picture reset mode.
Press the HOME button on the remote control and select [ Settings] — [Device Preferences] —
[Retail mode settings]. Disable [Picture reset mode].
