Options You can quickly and easily select temporary settings (for the next copy only). Copy Makes a copy. 5 Redial/Pause Redials the last number called. Also inserts a pause in auto dial numbers. 89 10 6 Reports Accesses the Reports menu so you can select a report to print: Help List, Auto Dial, Fax Activity, Transmission Verification and User Settings. 7 Dial Pad Use to dial phone and fax numbers and as a keyboard for entering information into the FAX. (For Canada Only): The # key lets you switch the dialing type during a telephone call from PULSE to TONE. 8 Hook/Hold Lets you dial telephone and fax numbers without lifting the handset. -OR- Lets you place telephone calls on hold. 9 Search/Speed Dial Lets you look up numbers stored in the dialing memory. Liquid Crystal Display (LCD)
The LCD displays messages to help you
set up and operate your FAX.

Shift
Accesses the second number stored on
each One Touch key (5-8).

Copy Keys:

Lets you reduce or enlarge copies

Options

inserts a pause in auto dial numbers.
