MACHINE FUNCTION SETTINGS Automatic Reinforcement Stitching CONTENTS After selecting a stitch pattern, turn on the automatic reinforcement stitching function before sewing, and the machine will automatically sew reinforcement stitches (or reverse stitches, depending 1 - on the stitch pattern) at the beginning and end of sewing. 1. Select a stitch pattern. 2. Press 2 - to set the automatic reinforcement stitch- ing function. The key will display as . 5 1 6 Note Some stitches, such as buttonholes and bar tacks, require reinforcement stitches at the beginning of sewing.
