BEEPER 3. SPEAKER 4. HANDSET 5. VOLUME AMPLIFY Options Descriptions LETTER LEGAL Selects size of paper for received faxes. A4 - - FOR FAX FOR COPY - FAX TEL NAME OFF LOW MED HIGH OFF LOW LETTER/ LEGAL/A4 AUTO/ CASSETTE #1 ONLY/ CASSETTE #2 ONLY Enter date and time for the LCD display and heading on fax transmissions. Program your name, fax number and telephone number to appear on each transmitted page. Adjusts ring volume. Adjusts beeper volume. HIGH OFF LOW MED HIGH LOW Adjusts speaker volume. Adjusts handset volume. HIGH ON (PERMANENT/ TEMPORARY) OFF For the hearingimpaired, you can set the volume to the VOL AMPLIFY:ON setting on a permanent or temporary basis.
