Address Book PIN Specify a PIN to protect the address book. The PIN will be required to register, edit, or delete destinations. How to display the settings [ ] (Menu) ˠ ˠ ˠ Settings Enter a 7-digit number. To cancel the PIN option, clear any numbers entered and press [OK]. Restrict New Destinations Restrict the destinations that can be specified to preregistered one-touch keys or coded dial codes. Restricting destinations will prevent the following operations. • Specifying a destination with the numeric keys • Registering new destinations to the address book, one- touch keys, coded dial codes • Changing destinations that are registered to the address book, one-touch keys, coded dial codes How to display the settings [ ] (Menu) ˠ ˠ ˠ Settings (Bold: Default settings) Off No restriction. Using the Fax Functions

Address Book PIN

Specify a PIN to protect the address book. The PIN will be

required to register, edit, or delete destinations.
