Possible Reasons The cable is not properly connected between the fan backplane and the power backplane. The interconnect tray is not fully inserted. The Integrated Administrator module is not properly seated. The fan backplane assembly has failed. The connector on the power backplane is damaged. The power backplane has failed. The enclosure is in standby mode. Possible Solutions Be sure that the connectors on the fan cable are properly seated and not damaged. Remove and reseat the interconnect tray. Contact HP or an authorized service provider for parts and service. Push the enclosure power button on the fan cage at the rear of the enclosure. Caution: Pressing the enclosure power button while the enclosure is running shuts down the enclosure and all server blades. If the enclosure power LED is green, go to table D-5.
