Troubleshooting Table D-5: Is the Enclosure Health LED on the Front of the Enclosure On? Answer No, it is off. Yes, it is amber. Yes, it is red. Yes, it is green. Possible Reasons The enclosure status cable is disconnected from the center wall assembly or the enclosure status assembly. The enclosure status assembly or the center wall assembly is not functioning properly. A system component is degraded, but the system is still functional. A system component has a critical failure. The Integrated Administrator has not detected any degraded or failed components. Possible Solutions Securely attach the enclosure status cable. Contact HP or an authorized service provider for parts and service. Check the local or remote console for error messages. Go to table D-6. Check system fans. Go to Table D-8.
