3 Working with photos In addition to your HP camera in the HP Premium Dock, the HP Wireless Dock Base can access other devices so you can view, print, store, manage, and share all of your photos. You can insert an SD memory card into the HP Wireless Dock Base, or you can connect a USB storage device (such as a USB thumb drive, hard drive, or digital camera in storage mode) to the front USB port, letting the HP Wireless Dock Base read the contents. You can also connect a digital camera in PictBridge mode to the front USB port to transfer photos directly from the camera. Caution Your HP Wireless Dock Base enables computers on your wireless network to access the contents of memory cards and storage devices. When used on a wireless network that does not have wireless encryption enabled, anyone within wireless range who knows your network name and the HP Wireless Dock Base network ID can access the contents of your memory card or storage device while it is connected to your networked HP Wireless Dock Base. You can control memory card and storage device security on your HP Wireless Dock Base to block users on a network from accessing the content.
