System Unit Controls and Front Panel Connectors Figure 1-1 shows the Power and TOC (Transfer Of Control) switches. Use the Power switch to power the system unit on and off. Use the TOC switch to reset the operating system. Do not push the TOC switch unless you have first shutdown the operating system by using the shutdown command. NOTICE: Model 715/64, 715/80, 715/100, and 715/100XC workstations are equipped with a soft shutdown feature. These systems shut down the file system automatically when you power the system off.
