Disk Drives Before removing the disk drives, perform the following steps: S Remove the optional external graphics processor (if installed). S Remove the floor stand. S Open the system unit. Disconnect the power cable and the SCSI cable from the disk drive. For CD-ROM drives, disconnect the CD-ROM audio cable. Figure 5-6 through Figure 5-13 show removal and replacement procedures.
