Clear jams in the right duplexer 1. Open the right door, by pulling up on the right latch. 2. Grasp the handle of the duplexer, and pull the duplexer out as far as possible. 3. Gently remove any visible paper above the duplexer. 4. Lift up the duplexer, and gently remove any visible paper under it. ENWW Jams and paper-feed issues 135
