NOTE: If you are not using Alternate Letterhead Mode (ALM), place the paper as follows for one-sided printing: ● A4/Letter sized: Place portrait-oriented paper with the side to be printed on face-down, with the top edge toward the back of the tray. ● A3/Ledger sized: Place landscape-oriented paper with the side to be printed on face-down, with the top edge toward the left. For ALM orientation, see Load letterhead or preprinted forms. 1. Pull the tray out of the product. 2. Open the paper length and width guides completely. 3. Place the paper in the tray and make sure that it is flat at all four corners. Close the length and width paper guides against the loaded media. ENWW Load media 41
