Facility requirements To ensure correct operation of the switch, the facility where the switch is in use must meet the requirements shown in Table 28. Thermal SAN Switch 2/8V, SAN Switch 2/16V, SAN Switch 2/16N: A minimum air flow of 24 cubic ft/minute available in the immediate vicinity of the switch SAN Switch 4/32: A minimum air flow of 47 cubic ft/minute available in the immediate vicinity of the switch Ambient air temperature not exceeding 40× C (104× F) while the switch is operating Cabinet (when rack-mounted) One rack unit in a 19-in.
