Check environmental conditions, error log, Port Status LEDs, transceivers, cables, and loopback plugs. Correct error condition. Clear error log. Rerun diagnostics to verify fix. Amber One failed power supply in the SAN Switch 2/16V No action required, but failure of the remaining power supply will cause the switch to fail.
