Enhancement Description RAID 0 RAID 0 provides improved performance but without data protection. RAID 0 provides no data redundancy and should only be used for non-critical data. The loss of a single disk in a RAID 0 LUN causes the loss of all data in the LUN. Major event logging Provides greater depth of information on disk array events. This information can improve efficiency when isolating problems. Major event logging logs more types of events than standard logging used on earlier versions of firmware. Performance data gathering and viewing Performance data can be gathered and analyzed to determine if the disk array configuration settings can be tuned to achieve better performance.
