To shoot a snapshot 1. Press [ ] (REC) to turn on the camera. The camera will enter the REC mode. Make sure is on the display. If it isn't, see page 45. When focus is complete, the camera will beep, the LED Lamp will light green, and the focus frame will turn green. LED Lamp Focus frame Half-press Press lightly until the button stops. Beep, beep (Image is in focus.) When you half-press the shutter button, the camera automatically adjusts exposure and focuses on the subject it is currently pointed at.
