Be sure that the leveling feet on the rack are raised before you roll the rack down the ramp, and any time you roll the rack on the casters. Use caution when rolling the cabinet off the ramp. A single server in the cabinet weighs approximately 508 lb. It is strongly recommended that two people roll the cabinet off the pallet. After unpacking the cabinet, examine it for damage that might have been obscured by the shipping container. If you discover damage, document the damage with photographs and contact the transport carrier immediately. If the equipment has any damage, the customer must obtain a damage claim form from the shipping representative. The customer must complete the form and return it to the shipping representative. Securing the Cabinet When in position, secure and stabilize the cabinet using the leveling feet at the corners of the base (Figure 3-4).
