Chapter 2 - Configuring the Mobile Printer 3 Download the firmware (.bin) file you want to upgrade to your PC. a Go to www.intermec.com. b Click Support > Downloads. c Use the Product Category, Product Family, and Product fields, to select the printer model. d Click Submit. The latest available software appears. e Download the latest firmware .zip file to your PC. f Extract the .bin file to your PC. 4 Open a communications program. 5 In the window, type: .y,ush and press Enter. You will be prompted for more data. 6 In the window, type: su -p pass admin. and press Enter. 7 In the window, type: dlk -z and press Enter. The printer shows the "Upgrading" message. 8 In the communications program window, click Transfer > Send File. A dialog box appears. 9 From the protocol drop-down list, select Zmodem. 10 Browse to the firmware (.bin) file you want to upgrade to and select it. Wait approximately five minutes for the firmware upgrade to complete.
