Clean the printhead with the cleaning swab or cleaning pen. The cleaning swab is shipped with the printer and can also be purchased separately from www.intermec.com. Note: Intermec recommends that you use only the cleaning swab or cleaning pen for this task. Using other methods or tools to clean the printhead and platen roller can damage the printer.
