„„ Checking or printing the communication result You can check or print the transmission result for the past 100 jobs. This enables you to check the result of transmitting via scan to folder or scan to FTP, in addition to checking the result of transmitting via fax and e-mail. NOTE • The transmission history of jobs older than the last 100 jobs are automatically deleted. • For details on printing the transmission history, see "Printing the journal manually" (page 6-6). 1 Press . 2 If there are any fax jobs currently being transmitted, information for the current destinations is displayed. If there are no fax job currently being transmitted, proceed to step 3. 3 Press [History]. 4 Select the item to display the communication history for. Fax Tx : Fax Rx : e-mail Tx : e-mail Rx : Folder Tx : FTP Tx: Displays the fax transmission history. Displays the fax reception history. Displays the transmission history for scan to e-mail jobs. Checking or printing the communication result
You can check or print the transmission result for the past 100 jobs.
This enables you to
check the result of transmitting via scan to folder or scan to FTP, in addition to checking
the result of transmitting via fax and e-mail.
NOTE
•
The transmission history of jobs older than the last 100 jobs are automatically
deleted.

Fax Cancel>.

If there are any fax jobs currently being transmitted, information for the
current destinations is displayed.
If there are no fax job currently being transmitted, proceed to step 3.
