10.2 Common reports 10 Information included in the list Item [No.] [Destination] [Start Time] [Time] [Prints] [Result] [Note] Description Serial numbers assigned to transmission and receptions respectively. One of the followings is printed. This column is left blank if no information is available. TX Result: Registered name of the address book destination or program destination, fax number of the destination or the E-mail address RX Result: The fax number of the destination or the E-mail address The starting time of the communication. The duration of the communication. The number of transmitted/received document pages. For memory transmission, the number of pages transmitted successfully and the total number of pages are printed as a factional number. [OK]: Printed if the communication is complete successfully. [S-OK]: Printed if the communication is interrupted. [Busy]: Printed if the recipient's line is busy and the communication failed. [No Ans]: Printed if no response is returned from the recipient. [Cont]: Printed if a transmission error has occurred and the job is put in a queue for retransmission (error page redial). [LOVR]: Printed if the length of document page to be received exceeds the limit. (Internet Fax) [POVR]: The upper limit of received pages is exceeded. This message is printed if the number of document pages to be received exceeds 999. (Internet Fax) [SOVER]: Printed if the broadcasting exceeds the limited number. (PC-FAX) [M-Full]: Printed if a fax could not be received because the memory was full. [FIL-ER]: File error. Printed if the machine does not support the received file format. (Internet Fax) [DC-ER]: Decoding error. Printed if decoding error occurs in the received file. (Internet Fax) [NG]: Printed if a communication error occurs. [IL-PJL]: PJL error. Printed if there is an error on received PJL command. (PC-FAX) [LGN-ER]: Login error. Printed if the document is sent/received by a wrong user name or a wrong password.
