2.2 Overview 2 2.2.3 Available operations with PC-FAX function PC-FAX transmission Usually, for sending a fax, hand-written or printed documents are loaded on the fax machine, and then sent. Using the fax driver allows you to directly send a fax without using paper simply by operating the computer. Data created by application are sent to this machine via the USB interface or network using the fax driver. Then the data is passed to the printer controller of this machine. The printer controller rasterizes images (expands output target characters and images to bitmap data).
