Knopf annähen Nãhful3: ohne Nàhful3 oder Klar sichtfuB Stich: C oder Geradstich Stichlage links Transporteur: abdecken mit der Stopf platte Garn: feines Nahgarn Knopf auf die zuvor markierte Stelle legen und unter den Nähful3halter schieben. Nãhful3halter senken. Nadel in linke Knopfbohrung stechen lassen. Nadel hochstellen. Scheibe 13 soweit in den Zickzackbereich drehen, bis die Nadel, beim Drehen des Handrades, in die rechte Bohrung sticht. Bei den Mo dellen 301-337 den Zickzackstich 3,8 einstellen, siehe Tabelle auf den Seiten 14 i. 15. 6-8 Uberstiche und einige Steppstiche in der linken Bohrung nähen (S). Knopt mit Stiel für grol3e Knöpfe in schweren Stoffen. Nadel in linke Bohrung stechen lassen. Em Streichholz auf die Knopfmitte legen. Nähful3 senken (T). Einige Uberstiche nähen U. Ca. 15 cm Faden stehen as sen. Ober- u. Unterfaden durchfädeln (U). Stiel umwickeln (V) und Fäden ver knoten. Sewing on buttons Sewing foot: without sewing foot or with clear-view foot Stitch: C or straight stitch, left needle position Feed: cover with darning plate Thread: fine sewing thread Place the button in the location marked beforehand and push it under the sewing foot holder. Lower the sewing foot holder onto the button. Lower the needle into the left hole of the button. Raise the needle. Turn knob 13 to a po sition in which the needle enters the right hole of the button when the hand wheel is turned. On models 301 to 337 set zigzag stitch 3.8, see table on pages 14 and 15. Sew six to eight zigzag stit ches and a number of securing stitches in the left hole only (S). Sewing on buttons with stems (for large buttons in heavy materials) Lower the needle into the left hole. Place a match on the middle of the button. Lower the sewing foot (T). Sew a num ber of zigzag stitches and leave a thread end of about 6 inches. Pull the needleand bobbin threads through (U). Wrap the stem (V) and tie off the threads. I 34
