[Applicable only when a PDA-5003/PDA-5004 is installed] Menu Mode 2) Power Management and Auto Power OFF Setting When no video signal (synchronizing signal) is detected, this function automatically sets the energy saving state in order to save power. • To disable the energy saving function, set to [OFF/DISABLE]. • When there is video signal input: To set the power standby state when the input signal is not detected within eight minutes, set 'AUTO POWER OFF' to [ENABLE]. • When there is PC signal input: To switch between the normal-operation state and the energy saving state depending on whether or not there is an input signal, set 'POWER MANAGEMENT' to [ON]. Settable condition : Power management: INPUT1, INPUT2 (PC signal), INPUT5 Auto power OFF: Conditions other than those above Factory setting : OFF/DISABLE 1 Select 'SETUP'. 2 Place the cursor over 'POWER MANAGEMENT (AUTO POWER OFF)' and change the setting with the [SET] button. SIGNAL FORMAT SETUP :OFF INPUT1 OPTION SET CHANGE MENU EXIT Note • During video signal input: To return to normal operation, press the power button on the remote control or the main control panel. Even if the video signal is input, it will not return. • During personal computer signal input: To return to normal operation, press the power button on the remote control or the main control panel. It can not be returned by operating the personal computer or by pressing the [INPUT] button on the remote control or the main operating panel. But during G ON SYNC input, only operating the personal computer will not cause it to return.
