Erasing a Stored Phone Number To erase a phone number from your Internal Phone Book: 1. Press oftheNavigationkey. 2. Scroll to the Internal Phone Book entry you want to erase. 3. Press to see the details of the entry. Highlight Erase Entry . 4. Press to confirm that you want to erase the memory. 5. Then, highlight Yes and press to erase the memory location. "Phone Book Entry Erased" appears on the display to confirm that you have successfully deleted the entry. Entering Secret Phone Numbers In order to enter an Internal Phone Book entry that is tagged Secret: 1. Select the entry number you want to tag "Secret". 2. Highlight Edit . 3. Press . 4. Highlight Set Secret . 5. Press . 6. Enter lock code. 7. Highlight Yes . 8. Press . ᮣ For Non-Secret setting, select No at step 7. 70 Using your Internal Phone Book
