Personal 12 Information To further edit the event, follow these options: ᮣ Set Location Editing the location of your event. ᮣ Edit Alarm Entering the number of hours or minutes before the event starts. Highlight Beep or Voice Alarm , and press . If you do not want to be reminded, select No Alarm . ᮣ Edit Repeat Repeating the event. Select Daily , Weekly , Monthly , Yearly or None . ᮣ Edit End Time Scheduling an end time. Enter the time and date. Notifying Events When an event alarm is scheduled, the information is displayed. 1. Press to select an option. 2. Highlight it, and press . Options: ᮣ OK Returns to the main menu. ᮣ Snooze Notifies again after 10 minutes. ᮣ View Details Returns to the display of detailed information. ᮣ Erase Deletes the event, even if it is a repeating event. ᮣ Edit Time/Date Lets you edit the time and date of the event. Tip: Default alarm times are 10 minutes. Tip: Event Alarm cannot sound if your phone is turned off, in Analog mode/No Service area or during a call.
