Enjoying Multiplex Broadcast Sound (DUAL MONO) You can enjoy multiplex broadcast sound when the system receive the Dolby Digital multiplex broadcast signal. Press AUDIO. Press AUDIO repeatedly until the signal you want appears in the front panel display. The default setting is underlined. • "MAIN": Sound of the main language will be output. • "SUB": Sound of the sub language will be output. • "MAIN+SUB": Mixed sound of both the main and sub languages will be output. Note • To receive the Dolby Digital signal, you need to connect a digital satellite receiver to the unit with an optical or coaxial digital cord (pages 20, 25) and set the digital output mode of the digital satellite receiver to Dolby Digital. Using the Sleep Timer You can set the system to turn off at a preset time, so you can fall asleep listening to music. You can preset the time in 10 minutes decrements. Press SLEEP. Each time you press this button, the minutes display (the remaining time) changes as follows: SLEEP OFF t SLEEP 90M t SLEEP 80M R r SLEEP 10M ..... SLEEP 60M T SLEEP 70M When you set the sleep timer, "SLEEP" lights up in the front panel display. To check the remaining time Press SLEEP once. To change the remaining time Press SLEEP repeatedly to select the desired time. To cancel the Sleep Timer function Press SLEEP repeatedly until "SLEEP OFF" appears in the front panel display.
