7. Performing the setup from the Printer Control Panel 3. Perform one of the following: • To advance through the menus, press the Menu button. • To view submenus, press the Item/Enter button. • To accept a displayed option, press the Item/Enter button. Top-level menus When the printer is not processing or printing a job, the control panel displays Ready or Power Saver Mode. To view the top-level menu choices, including the following, press the Menu button. Select To specify System Setup System settings for the printer; set or change the administrator password used to limit access to the Setup menus.
