23. Tools Mode 6. Use the Arrow Buttons to highlight the Sound Preset option. 7. Press the Select button. Audio Tones selection is displayed on the Copier Screen. 8. Use the Arrow Buttons to select the audio tone feature you would like to change. 9. Press the Select button to open the selection screen for the selected audio tone option. 10. Use the Arrow Buttons to highlight Off or On for the selected audio tone option. 11. Press the Select button. Audio Tone selection is displayed on the Copier Screen. 12. If you wish to change the Audio Tone settings for any other option, repeat steps 8 through 11. 13. Press the Exit button. The Administrator Menu is redisplayed. 14. Press the Exit button. The Tools Main Menu is displayed on the Copier Screen. 15. Press the Tools button to exit out of Tools Mode. User Password The DocuColor 2006 allows you to restrict user access to the copier by setting up user passwords. If a User Password is set up, a user is required to enter a 4 digit number to gain access to copy mode. If they do not have a user password, they cannot use the copier. For more information on accessing copy mode with a user password, go to the Basic Copying chapter. Use the following procedure to set up a user password: 1.
