EN Rear Seat Entertainment system Troubleshooting Problem Cannot advance through a movie Solution • You can't advance through the opening credits and warning information that appears at the beginning of movies because the disc is programmed to prohibit that action. • The feature or action cannot be completed at this time because: -The disc software restricts it. The icon (Ø) appears on the screen -The disc software doesn't support the feature (e.g. angles) -The feature is not available at the moment. -You requested a title or chapter number that is out of range. The picture is distorted • The disc may be damaged. Try another disc. • Some distortion is normal when fast forwarding or rewinding. • On some discs there are sections where the fast forwarding or skipping of titles and chapters cannot be performed. No forward or reverse scan • It is not possible to skip over warning information and text at the beginning of film. This part of the film is usually programmed not to be skipped. 22
