1 GETTING STARTED As soon as you are given a telephone and extension number, you need to set up a password and record your name announcement and personal greeting. Setting Up Your Password and Voice Mail for the First Time The procedure by which you set up your password and voice mailbox for the first time depends on: ■ The kind of telephone that you have ■ The kind of voice messaging system on your NBX system.
