[System] > [Maintenance] > [Backup/Restore] This will save/restore all the camera settings. Backup/Restore Settings related to backup and restoring. Important Do not turn off the power to the camera while performing [Back Up Settings] or [Restore Settings]. Turning off the camera at this stage may result in disabling its ability to boot correctly. [Back Up Settings] All settings except date and time will be backed up. The administrator account and certificates used in SSL/TLS, including private key will also be backed up. [Restore Settings] Restores all settings, except date and time, from the backup file created with [Back Up Settings]. The administrator account, IP address and certificates used by SSL/TLS, including private key will also be restored. After restoring, the camera will be rebooted. Important • Be aware that if restored from a backup file of another camera, problems such as duplicate addresses on the network or overwriting with a different Administrator Password may cause problems such as being unable to connect to the camera. • When restoring the settings, do not use a backup file created with a firmware version newer than that of the camera to restore. [Encryption Password] Able to set a password to use when backing up and restoring. This is the password for encrypting the backup data itself. When restoring from encrypted backup data, enter the password set when backing up. Use at least two types of single-byte alphanumeric characters, numbers, or symbols.
