Removing the Hard Drive

Prerequisites
1
Remove the back cover. See "Removing the Back Cover" on page 17.

Remove the stand. See "Removing the Stand" on page 21.
Procedure
1
Using the straps on the hard-drive assembly, gently lift the hard-drive assembly out
of the hard-drive cage.

Disconnect the power and data-cable connector from the hard-drive assembly.
