Appendix A: IKE Templates When configuring the IPsec template, we just selected "High interoperability/low security" for the IKE defaults. What if we want to do something different with IKE? Well, here are the options. There are 5 total - High/Low, Med/Med, Low/High, High/Adv, and Custom where you can specify almost all IKE features. You can simply select one of the IKE defaults and continue on without worrying about IKE (except for "Specify Custom Profile". But it is nice to know what is actually being set behind the scenes. Here are the values that are used. Here are the IKE settings for High/Low. 173
