Probable Cause Solution Num Lock function is not enabled. Press Fn+NumLk to enable the embedded numeric keypad (the num lock light turns on). Keyboard may not be securely connected or may be connected to the wrong external connector. Ensure that the external keyboard is securely connected to the external keyboard/mouse connector. You initiated QuickLock. Enter your power-on password to exit QuickLock.
