Press any key or move the pointing device to restore the display. 2. If display remains distorted, turn off the monitor, then on again. 3. Disable the monitor energy saving feature in Windows 95 Display Properties, or in Windows NT on the AC Energy Saver tab in Power Properties. Small spots, called on-pixels, often appear on TFT screens. Compaq limits the number of these on-pixels to 0.003 percent. This is typical; no action is required. The Desktop Area To adjust settings for the setting is smaller than Desktop Area and the Resolution setting.
