2 How to Create a Deployment Database Creating and Modifying Configuration Profiles using the Configuration Wizard Utility workstation platforms are used. When the users of the client PC workstations perform a remote installation from the deployment database, HP ConfigTailor 1.1 will detect the platform type and load the appropriate software list automatically. The remote installation procedure is described in Chapter 4, on page 43. Configuration profiles are stored in files with the name profile.ini, where profile is a name you choose when creating the profile. Follow these steps to create or modify a configuration profile: 1 Open Configuration Wizard by clicking on its icon in the toolbar or by selecting Start>HP ConfigTailor>Configuration Wizard. How to Create a Deployment Database
Creating and Modifying Configuration Profiles using the Configuration Wizard Utility
