After you have made your choice, you are instructed to press START on your fax machine and hang up the handset. The telephone connection is maintained and used to send the fax to your machine. Call again from your fax machine to select the documents that you want transmitted to you. If you are using a fax modem instead of a fax machine, this process works only if your fax software provides a START command. 99
