Service coverage begins on product purchase date and the pack must be purchased within the first 180 days of product purchase. This program offers phone support from 6:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. Mountain Standard Time (MST) Monday through Friday and 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. (MST) on Saturdays.
